No. CARINFO.RO works exclusively on a one-time payment basis. There are no subscriptions, recurring fees or hidden costs. Pay once and use the credits during the validity period.
Yes, we offer a complete guarantee. If the VIN isn't found in our databases, the credit isn't consumed and we refund the cost within 3–5 business days.
Credits are valid according to the period specified at purchase (usually 12 months). The exact term is shown in your account and in the confirmation email.
The fiscal invoice is sent automatically by email after payment confirmation. If you need a corporate invoice, fill in your company details in your account before paying.

Yes. Photos are extracted from real sale listings of the vehicle on various European platforms. They show how the car looked when listed for sale in the past.

No. You can buy a report without an account, as a guest. You'll receive the report by email. If you create an account, your reports are saved and you can access them anytime.
If you're logged in, reports are available in "My account" → "My reports". If you bought as a guest, you can access the report from the email link.
On the login page, click "Forgot password". You'll receive an email with a reset link valid for 1 hour.
